Lex, Nicole, Jillian, and Kenzie are joined by guests Ema, Cassie, and Zoë to discuss Women Talking. The film stars Rooney Mara, Claire Foy, Jessie Buckley, Judith Ivey, Ben Whishaw, and Frances McDormand. It was written and directed by Sarah Polley and based on the 2018 novel by Miriam Toews. The film’s story was inspired by true events in the Manitoba Colony in Bolivia.

The film premiered at Telluride Film Festival and has been listed as one of the top ten films of the year by both the National Board of Review and the American Film Institute. It will have a limited release on December 23, 2022, before expanding on January 20, 2023.
